Panther Construction LLC is currently seeking qualified individuals
to fill the following positions:
CARPENTER/FRAMER
JOB DETAILS: Individual must have a strong carpentry / construction
background (min 2 years). Strong knowledge in framing layout (plate
& detail), pickup framing, window & door installation, siding when
necessary and mitered trim/finish carpentry (detail punch work).
Individual must have a valid Washington State drivers license, good
driving record, reliable transportation, a positive attitude, and
most importantly, this individual must be highly self motivated with
a strong desire to excel in their position and motivate others.
COMPENSATION: Depends on experience.
ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDANT
JOB DETAILS: Individual must have minimum 2 years experience in construction
industry. Must be highly motivated, work well with others, good
communication/people skills, must be a multi-tasker. Job details
include jobsite management, coordinating subcontractors, and
scheduling. Some estimating required. Pickup carpentry, window & door
installation, layout for all subcontractors, management of minimum
of 1 carpenter & 1 laborer at all times. Individual must have a valid
Washington State drivers license, good driving record, reliable
transportation, a positive attitude, and most importantly, this individual
must be highly self motivated with a strong desire to excel in their
position and motivate others. Own tools and a strong knowledge of
Seattle’s neighborhoods, lumber yards, and construction supply
houses a plus.
COMPENSATION: Depends on experience.
LABORER
JOB DETAILS: Individuals must have a strong work ethic and be
highly self motivated. Must work well with others. Physical
labor includes digging, moving material, clean up, dump runs,
material pick up and delivery. Individual must have a valid
Washington State drivers license and reliable transportation.
COMPENSATION: Depends on experience.
