At Panther Construction LLC, our main focus is Seattle urban in-fill properties. We take an underdeveloped property and maximize its potential. We work with some of the finest architects in Seattle. Great emphasis is placed in the design process. We take optimum advantage of the great views Seattle has to offer. Most homes feature open floor plans to enhance family living. All homes feature professional kitchens and master suites with high-end master bathrooms. We take advantage of outdoor open spaces to create gathering areas for friends and family. High tech wiring with cat5, phone, and cable is used in all low voltage locations. Many projects feature high tech media rooms.

Our product is built to last. Our buildings feature rain screen siding systems, and 40 year or greater roofs. We think you will find that it’s all the little things that make the difference in our homes.

All of our new construction projects carry a minimum 2 star Built Green certification. This ensures that the highest quality, earth friendly products and practices are used.

One important aspect of Panther Construction LLC is our Framing division. All of our properties are built in house, by our own framing technicians, ensuring the highest quality standards.
