Panther Construction LLC is a Development Company and General Contractor located in Seattle, Washington. We are dedicated to preserving Seattle’s finest neighborhoods through property restoration and responsible development of quality Custom Homes, Live-Work Units, Urban Cottages, Mixed Use Buildings and Town Homes.

At Panther Construction LLC, our main focus is Seattle urban in-fill properties. We take an underdeveloped property and maximize its potential, working with the most talented architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and craftspeople in the area.

Most homes feature open floor plans to enhance family living, professional chef’s kitchens and spa style master suites and baths. Other high-end finishes include custom millwork, smooth wall finishes, and custom cabinets. High tech wiring with Cat5, phone, and cable is used in all low voltage locations. All projects feature OnQ whole house electrical systems and many have high tech media rooms.

Panther Construction homes are built to last. Our buildings feature rain screen siding systems, and 40 year or greater roofs. We think you will find that it’s all the little things that make the difference in our homes.

All of our new construction projects carry a minimum 2 star Built Green certification, with most projects earning a 3-4 star rating. This ensures that the highest quality, earth friendly products and practices are used. We recycle all clean wood, metal and cardboard and use sustainable materials whenever available.
